MSR e MSD out of production: available till stock last

Over the past several years, market demand for certain conventional lighting products has continued to decline, primarily driven by the ongoing transition to alternative technologies. After careful evaluation of market conditions and long-term business sustainability, Philips has made the difficult decision to discontinue MSR & MSD (non-platinum) range.
Production of these lamps has now ceased, and strategic inventory has been made. This inventory takes into consideration past overall sales per type & sales prediction until end 2027.
Additional manufacturing beyond current stock level is not possible anymore.
Which lamps will be impacted?
All lamps from MSR & MSD non-Platinum range are impacted.
MSD Platinum lamps will not be impacted by this action, as their high intensity beam remains a unique proposition in the market. These lamps will continue to be manufactured as usual.

Customers wishing to secure inventory for future service, maintenance, or operational requirements are requested to place their final orders at the earliest opportunity, and ultimately by end of this year.
Orders will be accepted subject to product availability at the time of order confirmation.
Please be aware that for items with low historic sales, available stock may be very limited. In cases where demand exceeds available inventory, we will need to allocate the available stock.
